Since the simulators are reserved in advance, please let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment if you are unable to attend. In that case, we will easily find an alternative date or issue you a credit voucher.
Most cockpits have extra observer seats (“jumpseats”). So your companion can watch over your shoulder as you master the landing.
