How will my gift card be delivered?

We prioritize speed: Immediately after completing your order, you’ll receive an email with your experience voucher as a PDF. You can easily print it at home or show it digitally on your smartphone. There’s no need to wait for it to arrive in the mail, so you’ll have your gift in hand even at the last minute.

How long do I have to redeem my gift card?

Your flexibility is important to us. All vouchers on Flug-Zentrum.ch are valid for three full years from the date of purchase. This gives you plenty of time to choose the perfect moment for your adventure. You can easily check the exact expiration date at any time in your personal account status on our portal.

How do I sign up using an existing voucher?

Redeeming your voucher is easy: Visit the “Check Availability” page on our website and enter your voucher code. You’ll be taken directly to a list of available locations and dates. Once you’ve chosen a date, you’ll receive a confirmation with all the details about the meeting point and your pilot.

Do I have to buy a gift card first?

No. If you're planning the experience for yourself and already have a specific date in mind, you can book a ticket directly on the relevant product page. You'll go through the same simple process and secure your spot in the cockpit or on the wing right away, without having to go through the extra step of purchasing a gift certificate.

What should I do if my preferred date isn't listed online?

Our system displays the currently available slots from our partners. If your preferred date isn't listed, you can send us a request using the contact form. We can often check with our local partners for additional availability or add you to a waiting list.

Cancellation & Weather

What should I do if I need to reschedule my appointment?

You can easily make changes to your booking by clicking the “Booking Status” link in your confirmation email. Depending on the type of experience, you can reschedule free of charge up to 24 or 48 hours before departure. Please note that fees may apply for last-minute cancellations, as the aircraft and pilot have been reserved exclusively for you.

What happens in bad weather?

In aviation, safety is our top priority. If your pilot has to cancel the flight due to wind, rain, or poor visibility, you will be notified. In this case, 100% of your credit will be retained. You can then easily select a new date through our portal.

 

Is there a fee for extending expired gift certificates?

If your gift certificate expires after three years, we offer the option of a paid renewal. This covers administrative costs and any price adjustments made by the providers. You can request the renewal directly online via the gift certificate status check.

Safety & Requirements

Are the flight experiences conducted by certified pilots?

Yes. Flug-Zentrum.ch lists only offers from licensed and state-certified partner companies. All pilots hold the necessary licenses from the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA) and have extensive experience in their respective fields.

Where can I find information about weight, age, or health?

Since requirements vary significantly depending on the type of flight (e.g., skydiving vs. flight simulator), you can find the specific requirements directly on the respective product page under the "Details" or "Requirements" tab. If you have a chronic medical condition, we always recommend consulting your primary care physician before booking.
