Flexibility is a top priority for us. You can usually cancel or reschedule your flight booking through our portal up to 24 or 48 hours before the scheduled time (depending on the category and partner) with no problem. If a flight has to be canceled by the pilot due to weather conditions, your credit or ticket will be fully refunded, and you can easily choose an alternative date.
It's a piece of cake. Just go to the "Check Availability" page or directly to the product page for your experience. There you'll find the option to enter your coupon code. Our system will verify its validity immediately, and you can then select your preferred date and location.
Yes, absolutely! You don’t necessarily have to buy a voucher first. If you already have a specific date in mind, you can book a “ticket” for that date directly on many product pages. After payment, you’ll immediately receive your booking confirmation and all the necessary information about the meeting point.
Yes, that’s one of our biggest advantages. Many of our gift certificates are “location-flexible.” That means, for example, if you buy a gift certificate for a paragliding flight, you can often redeem it at various launch sites listed in Switzerland. This gives the recipient maximum flexibility.

All of our adventure vouchers are valid for three years from the date of issue. This gives you plenty of time to wait for the perfect date and the right weather for your adventure. You can check the exact expiration date at any time by checking the status on our website.
If you’re unable to redeem your voucher within three years, you can easily extend it for a small processing fee. To do so, go to your voucher’s status page. The option to extend it will appear automatically there, provided the voucher hasn’t expired yet or has only recently expired.
Yes, we offer a 14-day right of withdrawal for unused vouchers, starting from the date of purchase. Simply contact our support team via email. However, once the voucher has been booked for a specific date or the 14-day period has expired, a refund of the purchase price is no longer possible—though the voucher remains transferable.
Safety is the top priority in aviation. If the pilot cancels the flight due to weather conditions, your credit will not be forfeited. Your ticket will be reactivated in our system, and you can immediately select a new date through the portal. We recommend that you always check the pilot’s information in the registration status during uncertain weather conditions.
Yes, the Flight Center offers complete flexibility. Your voucher represents a monetary value. If you’d prefer to take a helicopter flight instead of the paragliding flight you booked, you can simply apply the value of your voucher during the booking process. Any price differences can be easily paid online.
